四、阻力损失的简便近似计算
上述计算方法是比较繁复的,有时为了计算方便可用下面简便近似的计算方法:可按表1-6,将各种局部阻力损失折合成直管长度并与直管长相加得出总长度,然后查表1-7、表1 -8,得每100m直管损失的水头,计算出总的阻力损失水头。
要说明的是这种方法虽然简单,但不很精确,只适合于计算有困难的人员或是只需要近似计算的情况下使用。
五、 举例计算阻力损失
[例]设有离心泵的管路装置,流量Q=90m3/h,进出管均为钢管,管内径D=100m,直管总长度L= 50m,进水管上有感同底网1个,90°弯头1个,出水管上有同网(全开) 1个,逆止阀1个,90°弯头2个,试求进出管的总阻力损失。

4. Simple approximate calculation of resistance loss
The above calculation method is more complicated. Sometimes, for the convenience of calculation, the following simple and approximate calculation method can be used: according to table 1-6, all kinds of local resistance losses can be converted into straight pipe length and the total length can be added with the straight pipe length. Then, check table 1-7 and table 1-8 to get the loss head of every 100m straight pipe and calculate the total resistance loss head.
It should be noted that although this method is simple, it is not very accurate, and it is only suitable for those who have difficulty in calculation or only need approximate calculation.
