Several commonly used structure of slurry pump

As shown in Figure 2-15, this kind of structural pump is also widely used. In fact, it is equivalent to several impellers installed on a shaft in series, so the pump head can be relatively high, and each impeller has corresponding guide vanes. The first stage impeller is generally single suction, but in order to improve the cavitation performance of the pump, the first stage impeller can be made into double suction. The bearing of the pump is supported at both ends of the pump shaft, the rolling bearing for the pump with small power, the sliding bearing for the pump with large power, thin oil lubrication, and even forced lubrication. The balance of axial force usually adopts the structure of balance disk or balance drum. When the balance plate structure is adopted, the whole rotor can move left and right, and the balance plate can automatically maintain the rotor in the balance position.
