渣浆泵汽蚀的防止

为防止泵在运行中不发生汽蚀，根据泵的装置情况，对汽蚀余量或吸上真空度进行校核：

如果泵未选定，则是根据装置情况用上式去选择泵的必需汽蚀余量NPSHR或允许吸上真空度[H]。而对于泵已选定，则是决定泵的几何安装高度H或泵进口压力P (或液面压力po)

Prevention of cavitation in slurry pump

In order to prevent the pump from cavitation during operation, check the NPSH margin or suction vacuum degree according to the condition of the pump device:

If the pump is not selected, use the above formula to select the necessary NPSHr of the pump or the allowable vacuum degree [H] according to the condition of the device. If the pump has been selected, the geometric installation height h of the pump or the pump inlet pressure P (or liquid level pressure Po) is determined
