一、 泵型号的确定方法
确定了泵的性能、泵的型式后就可以确定泵的具体型号。泵型号的确定介绍下面两种方法:
1.查性能表法
泵的样本或说明书上都列有性能表,每一型号的泵都列出了流量Q、扬程H、转速n、轴功率P、配用功率Pg、效率及必需汽蚀余量NPSHR(或允许吸上真空高度等一组性能参数。 有的列出的是一个流量点(规定流量点)的一组性能参数,有的列出了三个流量点的三组性能参数,中间的流量点为规定的流量0。的性能参效,其他两个流量点分别为小流量点Qmin和大流量点Qmax点的性能参数。选用泵时,应尽量选规定流量点的性能参数,运行较为经济、安全。如果选不到,也可在小流量Q.和大流量0.范围内选用。当泵的流量、扬程选择好后,还要校核泵的汽蚀余量,样本中的是必需汽蚀余量NPSHR,应小于装置要求的可用汽蚀余量( 或称装置汽蚀余量) NPSHA, 如果汽蚀性能不能满足,此型号泵也不能使用,而要重新选择。泵转速低一点,汽蚀性能会好一点。渣浆泵厂家

1. Check the performance table
The performance table is listed on the pump sample or instruction manual.
