某钢厂使用的转炉炉口冷却循环泵,流量为426m3/h,扬程50m,轴功率76.1kW,泵检修后发现泵的出口压力下降为0.45MPa,电流却很大,为165A。
解决过程:现场了解到泵的装置系统并未改变,而检修后泵的扬程降低,而电流却增大,当关死泵出口阀门时,泵达不到关死扬程值,期初判断认为新换的泵密封环尺寸有问题,泵体与叶轮处的间隙太大,使大量的液体从密封环回到了泵的进口,泵实际上是在大流量情况下运行。打开泵检查后发现忘记装密封环了,大量的液体不从泵出口流出而回到了泵的进口,实际上是在大流量工况下运转。 渣浆泵
