北京郊区一轮是安装的灌溉泵,流量为35m3/h,扬程25m,配用电机功率5.5kW。
故障为电机合;不上闸,泵转不起来。
解决过程:现场泵盘车车轻松灵活,轴承润滑正常,电机接线正确, 启泵时出口阀门是关闭的。但电机没有启动器降压启动,而是直按启动的。 再进一步检查,变压器离泵很远,约有1500m,并且用很细的塑料导线连接起来。看了之后觉得变压器离泵这麽远,导线又那么细,线压降一定很大,决定赶快测量电机接战端的电压,结果仅为330V,电压太低,又是直接启动,当然就起不来了。后换了粗的导线电压上升到380V,泵就起来了。渣浆泵
