解决过程:现场泵盘车车轻松灵活，轴承润滑正常，电机接线正确， 启泵时出口阀门是关闭的。但电机没有启动器降压启动，而是直按启动的。 再进一步检查，变压器离泵很远，约有1500m，并且用很细的塑料导线连接起来。看了之后觉得变压器离泵这麽远，导线又那么细，线压降一定很大，决定赶快测量电机接战端的电压，结果仅为330V，电压太低，又是直接启动，当然就起不来了。后换了粗的导线电压上升到380V，泵就起来了。渣浆泵
