含贵金属矿石渣浆泵浮选技术
1浮选技术一般用于何种贵金属矿石的分选?
    浮选是处理含贵金属矿石的重要方法之一,般用于处理下列矿石:①含金黄铁矿(采用混合浮选);②含金、银的铜、砷、铅、锌等硫化矿;③含钯与铂的硫化矿;④含碲化物的:⑤含碳与石质的贵金属矿石。贵金属硒化物的含最通常很低,在多金属矿石浮选时,部分进铜精矿,火法冶炼富集于金属中,以后在铜电解时西化物则残留在极泥内,再从阳极泥浮选出硒化物。
2自然金的可浮 性如何?渣浆泵
    金是一种易浮矿物。在原生的金矿床中,自然金黄铁矿、黄铜矿、方铅矿、闪锌矿,毒砂等硫化矿物共生。这些矿物同是易浮矿物,并能形成稳定的矿化泡沫,是金矿物最理想的载体矿物。通过浮选可以最大限度地使金集到硫化物精矿中。自然金表面具有较好的疏水性,用黄药等硫化矿捕收剂均能浮选,载体浮选、离子浮选等微细粒浮选方法均可以回收微细粒级的自然金。

1. What kind of precious metal ore is flotation technology generally used for?

Flotation is one of the important methods for the treatment of precious metal ores. It is generally used for the treatment of the following ores: ① gold bearing pyrite (mixed flotation); ② copper, arsenic, lead, zinc and other sulfide ores containing gold and silver; ③ sulfide ores containing palladium and platinum; ④ cyanide tailings containing telluride; ⑤ precious metal ores containing carbon and graphite. The content of precious metal selenides is usually very low. During the flotation of polymetallic ores, some of them enter into copper concentrate, which is enriched in copper by pyrometallurgy. Later, during the copper electrolysis, the selenides remain in the anode slime, and then the selenides are extracted from the anode slime.

How about the floatability of natural gold? Slurry pump

Gold is a buoyant mineral. In the primary gold deposits, natural gold often coexists with pyrite, chalcopyrite, galena, sphalerite, arsenopyrite and other sulfide minerals. These minerals are both easy to float and can form stable mineralized foam. They are the most ideal carrier minerals for gold deposits. Gold can be enriched to sulfide concentrate by flotation. The surface of natural gold has good hydrophobicity. It can be floatated by pyrite collectors such as xanthate, and can be recovered by carrier flotation, ion flotation and other micro fine flotation methods.
