液化天然气(LNG)就是将天然气从矿场开采出来，经过预处理工艺后，采用先进的制冷工艺,变成液态(- 162C ,0.1MPa)的天然气。在天然气液化装置中，压缩机除了用于天然气的增压和输送外，还有用于不同温度制冷的压缩机。所采用的压缩机主要有往复式压缩机、离心式压缩机以及轴流式压缩机。往复式压缩机通常用于天然气处理量比较小的液化装置，离心式压缩机则用于大型液化装置，轴流式压缩机主要用于混合制冷剂循环装置。
    自2006年国内首座LNG接收站在深圳大鹏湾建成投产以来，至2013年我国已建成投产、在建及规划的LNG接收站达到20多座,其中已建成投产LNG接收站9座,年进口液化天然气达到1700x 10*t,预计2020年将达到6000X10*t的进口规模。在LNG接收站内，液化天然气的输送和加压主要采用大型立式潜液泵;站内蒸发气体(BOG)的回收利用则采用往复式压缩机加压进行冷凝回收.主要有卧式对称平衡和立式迷官密封两种结构型式。潜液泵为离心泵，要求在低温下轴封可靠电动机冷却和轴承润滑均采用低温LNG.潜液泉本身轴向力平衡非常重要.直接影响轴承使用寿命和泵的维修周期。渣浆泵厂家

在压缩天然气(CNG)加压站通常采用往复式压缩机最高可将天然气压缩到25MPa.再充装给气瓶转运车送至城镇布点的CNG汽车加气站或CNG供应站。

Application in slurry pump and compressed natural gas

Liquefied natural gas (LNG) is the natural gas extracted from the mine. After pretreatment, it is transformed into liquid (- 162c, 0.1MPa) natural gas through advanced refrigeration process. In the natural gas liquefaction unit, the compressor is not only used for pressurization and transportation of natural gas, but also for refrigeration at different temperatures. The compressors used are mainly reciprocating compressors, centrifugal compressors and axial compressors. Reciprocating compressor is usually used in the liquefaction unit with relatively small natural gas processing capacity, centrifugal compressor is used in the large-scale liquefaction unit, and axial compressor is mainly used in the mixed refrigerant circulation unit.

Since the first LNG terminal in China was built and put into operation in Dapeng Bay, Shenzhen in 2006, there are more than 20 LNG terminals that have been built and put into operation, under construction and under planning in China by 2013, including 9 LNG terminals that have been built and put into operation, and the annual import of LNG is 1700x10 * t, which is expected to reach the import scale of 6000x10 * t in 2020.
