两台相同性能渣浆泵但相距很远的泵串联工作
如图1- 47所示.泵I和泵lI相距很远,进行串联工作(例如长输管道用油泵)时装置特性
的画法如下:在叠加泵I和泵lI性能曲线之前,应先将泵间管路AB对泵I的影响考虑进去。如两泵的性能曲线都是(H-Q)1,AB段管路特性为(h-Q)1,则泵I在管路AB中输送液体到泵Il入口时的剩余能头应是从(H-Q)1中减去各对应流量下的(h-Q)r,即(H-Q)ll线。再将泵I的性能曲线(H一Q):与(H-Q)ll两条曲线相加,就得这两台相距很远的渣浆泵串联后工作的性能曲线(H - Q)1+日,该线与后面管路装置的特性(h-Q)ll相交于M点,M点即为工作点。

As shown in figure 1-47, the distance between pump I and pump Li is very long, and it is set when the series work (such as oil pump for long-distance pipeline) is carried out
The method of drawing is as follows: before superposing the performance curve of pump I and pump Li, the influence of pipeline AB between pumps on pump I should be taken into account. If the performance curve of both pumps is (H-Q) 1 and the pipeline characteristic of section AB is (H-Q) 1, the residual energy head of pump I when delivering liquid in pipeline AB to the inlet of pump IL shall be (H-Q) 1 minus (H-Q) r under corresponding flow, i.e. (H-Q) ll line. Then add the performance curve (H-Q): and (H-Q) ll of pump I, and the performance curve (H-Q) 1 + day after the two slurry pumps are connected in series, which intersects with the characteristic (H-Q) ll of the rear pipeline device at point m, and point m is the working point.
