换叶轮能不能调节渣浆泵流量扬程
    当扬程或流减需要降低15%以上或泵过大时，如采用切割叶轮方式进行调，可能造成效率下降很多，不经济。此时可通过更换一个较小尺寸叶轮来实现流量调节，换下来的叶轮留待以后恢复流量、扬程时使用。对于多级泵,可考虑在排出端拆去一个叶轮，并加定距套，不能在进口端拆去叶轮，以免增加进口阻力而出现汽蚀现象。

除上述工况调节方法外,还有改变叶片角度的调节、改变前置导叶叶片角度的调节以及入口管路节流调节等。前两种方法多用于轴流泵和混流泵中，后者使用时应注意防止离心泵的汽蚀。
    另外，在长输管道运行管理过程中,经常采用大小泵搭配、拆级运行(多级泵)和调速的方法,使渣浆泵适应输送量的变化。
