换叶轮能不能调节渣浆泵流量扬程
当扬程或流减需要降低15%以上或泵过大时,如采用切割叶轮方式进行调,可能造成效率下降很多,不经济。此时可通过更换一个较小尺寸叶轮来实现流量调节,换下来的叶轮留待以后恢复流量、扬程时使用。对于多级泵,可考虑在排出端拆去一个叶轮,并加定距套,不能在进口端拆去叶轮,以免增加进口阻力而出现汽蚀现象。
除上述工况调节方法外,还有改变叶片角度的调节、改变前置导叶叶片角度的调节以及入口管路节流调节等。前两种方法多用于轴流泵和混流泵中,后者使用时应注意防止离心泵的汽蚀。
另外,在长输管道运行管理过程中,经常采用大小泵搭配、拆级运行(多级泵)和调速的方法,使渣浆泵适应输送量的变化。

The first two methods are mostly used in axial flow pump and mixed flow pump, while the latter should be used to prevent cavitation of centrifugal pump.
In addition, in the process of long-distance pipeline operation and management, the method of matching large and small pumps, dismantling stage operation (multi-stage pump) and speed regulation is often used to make the slurry pump adapt to the change of transportation capacity.
