多吸头排污泵与浮选机的作用
    这是近年来研制成功的一种新型机械搅拌式浮选机。棒型浮选机与XJK型浮选机比较，具有以下优点:浮选速度快、效率高，用于混合浮选时单位容积处理能力大;适应性强，选别指标高;对于粗细粒级都能有效回收，特别是用于密度大、粒度粗的矿物选别时，能克服使用其他浮选机时的沉淀现象，能获得较高回收率指标;槽身浅、搅拌力强、充气量大、电力消耗省。主要缺点是:吸入槽结构复杂，维修不方便;分离浮选效果不如混合浮选好;由于有两个槽子，现场更改流程复杂。

(3)浮选柱
    浮选柱是一种深槽型压气式浮选机，其结构简单，主要由柱体和充气装置构成。浮选柱已广泛用于选别有色金属硫化物矿，含金硫化物矿，铁矿以及煤、磷、萤石等非金属矿。浮选柱与机械搅拌式浮选机相比，其优点是:构造简单、制作容易、占地面积少、基建费用低;选矿富集比大、处理量较高、简化了工艺流程;维修、操作方便，易于自动控制;易损件少、耗电少。缺点是:工作不稳定，压缩空气耗量大，药剂用量较多，精矿品位较低，检修时造成金属流失。
    最近研究证明，采用浮选柱有可能提高金的回收率是因为它的比较平静的矿浆液相能使选择性捕收剂达到更有效的应用，也有可能使调整气体(如氮气和氧化硫) 达到更有效应用。

(3) Flotation column

The flotation column is a kind of deep trough type compressed air flotation machine, which is simple in structure and mainly composed of column and aeration device. Flotation column has been widely used to separate nonferrous metal sulfide ore, gold bearing sulfide ore, iron ore, coal, phosphorus, fluorite and other non-metallic minerals. Compared with the mechanical stirring flotation machine, the flotation column has the following advantages: simple structure, easy production, small occupation area, low infrastructure cost; large concentration ratio, high treatment capacity, simplified process flow; convenient maintenance and operation, easy automatic control; less vulnerable parts and less power consumption. The disadvantages are: unstable work, large consumption of compressed air, more reagent consumption, low concentrate grade, resulting in metal loss during maintenance.

Recent studies have shown that it is possible to improve gold recovery by using flotation column because of its relatively calm slurry liquid phase, which enables more effective application of selective collectors and more effective application of adjustment gases such as nitrogen and sulfur oxide.
