一、多吸头排污泵的工作原理

多吸头排污泵是容积来的一种，图2-10是其结构简图。它是靠泵体、泵盖、偏心转子和滑片之间形成的容积(称基元容积)的周期性变化吸、排液体的泵。由图可看出、泵转子为圆柱形，转子上有若干个槽，每个槽内置有滑片。转子在泵壳内偏心安装，其偏心距为e。滑片可在转子的糟内径向滑动。滑片就离心力、弹簧力或液体压力压向壳体，使滑片端部紧贴壳体而保证密封。吸入、排出口靠转子与壳体之间很小的间隙密封分开。
    当转子旋转时，在吸入侧的基元容积不断增大，将液体吸入基元容积。当基元容积达最大值时,基元容积与吸入口脱离而与排出口连通。转子继续旋转,基元容积逐渐变小,将液体排出。转子旋转一周，滑片在槽内往复一次，各基元容积变大、变小一次，完成一次吸人、排出过程。
    若将泵做成偏心距可变化的结构，则可以调节流量。若制成一转中两次吸入、两次排出的结构，则称双作用多吸头排污泵。

Rotor rotation around, slide in the slot to and fro once, the volume of each unit increased, decreased once, to complete a suction, discharge process. If the pump into a variable eccentricity structure, you can adjust the flow. If made into a two-time inhalation, two-time discharge structure, it is called double-acting multi-suction sewage pump.
