(1)在轴承体上调整在轴承体 上调整如图5-43a所示。在轴承体上部两侧与轴承架连接螺栓处钻垂直及水平螺孔，用4个螺钉(GB/T85- -1988) 来调整轴承体上下及左右位置。
(2) 在轴承架(托架) 上调整在轴承架上调整如图5-43b所示。在泵轴承架的下半圆法兰上与轴承体止口处，同样用3个或4个方头长圆柱端紧定螺钉(GB/T85- -1988) 来调整轴承体，水平调整两侧各一个， 垂直调整在其下部一一般为一个，有时用两个。
(3)在整体轴承体上调整 当轴承架与轴承体合为体时， 此时仍叫轴承体，
Adjustment method of bearing body of slurry pump
The sliding bearing body must have an adjustment mechanism, and the following three methods are usually used in the pump industry:
(1) Adjust on the bearing body. Adjust on the bearing body as shown in figure 5-43a. Drill vertical and horizontal screw holes at the connecting bolts between the upper two sides of the bearing body and the bearing frame, and use four screws (gb/t85--1988) to adjust the upper, lower, left and right positions of the bearing body.
(2) Adjust on the bearing frame (bracket), as shown in figure 5-43b. On the lower semicircular flange of the pump bearing frame and the seam of the bearing body, also use three or four square head long cylindrical end set screws (gb/t85--1988) to adjust the bearing body, one on both sides of the horizontal adjustment, and one on the lower part of the vertical adjustment, usually one, sometimes two.
(3) Adjust on the integral bearing body. When the bearing frame and the bearing body are combined into a body, it is still called the bearing body at this time,
Right end. The large flange (often semicircle or more than semicircle) and the sealing body (or other parts) should also be adjusted. The adjustment method can be designed in the form of (1) or (2) above.
Adjusting the bearing body is actually adjusting the position of the pump rotor relative to the pump center. The back cap on the adjusting screw must be tightened until the positioning taper pin hole is drilled and the taper pin (one on one side) is installed. The back cap must also be kept in the tightened state and leave the factory.
