1.电动机的型式和选择
    电动机常用的形式有三相交流鼠笼型异步电机、三相交流绕线式异步电机、三相同步电机及直流电机等。
    (1)三相交流鼠笼型异步电机。它具有结构简单、运行可袋、 维护方便、价格便宜、体积小等优点，但启动性能差、不能调速、空载时功率因数低，但配备变频设置或其他调速型式后，也可实现调速。三相交流鼠笼型异步电机目前使用得最普遍，在无特殊要求的情况下一般都采用它。

(2)三相交流绕线式异步电机。它具有能调速、启动转矩大、改善功率因数、大功率、高效率、转速稳定等方面的优点，但它需电刷滑环或整流器等部件，相对于鼠笼型电机维护麻烦，价格也稍贵，并且随负荷转矩的增加，电机转速将显著下降。
    (3)同步电机。负载转矩在允许限度内变化时，具有转速能保持恒定，功率因数可调节等优点，但它需有专门的励磁系统，结构较复杂，造价高，维护量大，安全性也不如鼠笼电机，所以常用于需要转速保持恒定、低转速、 大容量的泵中选用。
    (4)直流电机。仅用于有直流电源或设备的情况下，它需备有事故电池组，功率不大、转速不高的特殊场合才选用。渣浆泵

(2) three phase AC wound asynchronous motor. It has the advantages of speed regulation, high starting torque, improvement of power factor, high power, high efficiency, speed stability, etc., but it needs components such as brush slip ring or rectifier, which is more difficult to maintain than squirrel cage motor, and the price is also slightly expensive, and with the increase of load torque, the speed of electric machine will significantly decrease.

(3) synchronous motor. When the load torque changes within the allowable limit, it has the advantages of constant speed, adjustable power factor, etc., but it needs a special excitation system, which is more complex in structure, high in cost, large in maintenance, and less safe than the squirrel cage motor, so it is often used in pumps requiring constant speed, low speed and large capacity.
