泵效率

渣浆泵效率是指有效功率Pe与轴功率P之比，又称为泵的总效率，用来衡量泵工作的经济性,用η来表示。η越高，说明泵的损失越小。

除上述工作参数外,还有汽蚀余量、比转速等，这些参数将在后面的章节中介绍。

为方便用户使用,泵制造厂家提供两种性能资料。一是泵样本 ,样本中除了泵的结构、尺寸外，主要提供一套各性能参数间关系的性能曲线，以便用户全面了解泵的性质。二是在每台泵的机壳上都有一块铭牌 ，铭牌上列有该泵的基本性能参数。如IS65-50-125型单级单吸悬臂式离心泵的铭牌为渣浆泵

铭牌上泵的型号IS65- 50- 125，其中IS表示国际标准离心式泵;65表示进口直径为65mm;50表示出口直径为50mm;125表示叶轮名义直径为125mm。

For the convenience of users, the pump manufacturer provides two kinds of performance data. One is the pump sample. In addition to the structure and size of the pump, the sample mainly provides a set of performance curves of the relationship between performance parameters, so that users can fully understand the properties of the pump. Second, there is a nameplate on the casing of each pump, on which the basic performance parameters of the pump are listed. The model is65-50-125 of the pump on the nameplate, wherein is refers to the international standard centrifugal pump; 65 refers to the inlet diameter of 65mm; 50 refers to the outlet diameter of 50mm; 125 refers to the nominal diameter of the impeller of 125mm.
