降低渣浆泵的转速能不能提高水泵寿命
提高泵零件寿命另个途径是降低泵的转速。同时,由于既降低了液流速度又降低了固体颗粒在叶片正面上的浓度,叶轮磨损量大大减少。但是,当Q= const和H= const时,由于转速n降低,将导致泵比转数下降和压水室磨损量增大,所以应该评价所有易损件的相对寿命。
由于渣浆泵厂家转速降低,叶轮寿命有明显提高,在不同转速时泵参数相应变化的情况下,使用同一台泵是合理的。这样在抽送细颗粒低磨蚀性固液混合物时应该提高转速,而在抽送强磨蚀固液混合物特别是含大颗粒固液混合物时,在参数相应降低的情况下应该降低转速。
为了减少叶轮(前盖板和副叶片)在由于冲角很大使液流强烈脱流而产生的小流量区工作时的磨损量,采用专门衬里的吸入管的办法适当地提高叶轮入口液流速度。
